I press the voice button on my steering wheel and follow the prompt to where is tell me to list a pairing number, I just say 1 2 3 4 and when it repeats it it says 1 then hangs up. Any idea on what causes that? It also won't let me into the setup again until I restart my car. Thanks in advance ☺

 

Wish I could help mine does the same thing also a 10. Never have been able to connect my iPhone X to it.
