how do I post my RX8 in the for sale forum

how do I post my RX8 in the for sale forum

When I hit new thread it says I don't have permission though it looks like I can post in the Regional for sale - but Mountain West forum is not very active?

I believe you need to have more than 10 posts to have access to the classifieds.
