Oil metering pump issues

So I confirmed my 8 was in limp mode was told to move the the thing on the side of it and rest the computer till it worked. Tried about 20 times 30 degree range. Reved fine first few revs then back to crap power. Everytime. Didn't see any oil ever getting in the lines. Heard about using seafoam and leaving them connected at the injectors using the car for vaccum to clean the lines if there clogged. Need help with exactly how to do that. And also thought about checked the connections on the oil metering pump and stepper motor to know it's even getting power. But dont know what setting o. The volt meter to use and with terminals on the plugs and what reading is considered good. Any and all help would be great! Only 1 code. P0601 Veichle options error. I believe. And I know I have 1 fuse that is shorted somewhere. The room fuse.

If the blockage is in the lines they aren't difficult to replace. You may also have clogged injectors. If there in no oil in any of the lines that would suggest its the pump itself that could be faulty. You may need to remove the OMP completely to properly diagnose this but do what you can while it's in the car. You can see a lot more than we can.
