Unhappy P0562 System voltage low? (New Alternator, battery at 12.5 volts with car off, 13.7~

i have a weird electrical issue that im having trouble pin pointing. car idles smooth and drives fine, but operating literally ANYTHING electrical causes the idle/car to wobble like its going to stall.

literally anything electric: using the door locks, cabin fans, lights, blinkers, changing gears, using power steering, windows, etc. even opening the throttle a bit with the accelerator will make the cars idle wobble a bit (stutters at low RPMs when driving) and it corrects itself after a second or so, assuming the voltage of the battery is getting recharged by the alternator.i can replicate this everytime, and i dont notice this as much when driving faster, could still be present though

any ideas on what should i look for to start trouble shooting this issue?

Did you also check the wiring in the car? You may have a new alternator and battery but the battery leads may be damaged.

As far as the idle wobble pull the room fuse very bottom one in the driver panel after you disconnect the battery. Hold the brake for a minute or two. Put the fuse back in reconnect the battery brake stomp 20 times wait for the needle to move. Start the engine and drive it slow for a few drive cycles. Make sure you don't reverse either and the car is on level ground. After 5 drive cycles it will idle normal. as far as the p0562 I can't figure it out myself. But that should fix your idle problem. Don't dog or hot rod it while it relearn. Mine drives perfectly fine no issues and no problems with anything electrical but the code always pops up. It doesn't show when I start the engine but pops up a few seconds after. Let me know if you find where the short is might help me find mine.
