I've got one I wouldn't mind getting rid of since I am looking at aftermarket spoiler options..

Where are you located? I don't REALLY want to ship, but can for a motivated buyer.

 

I'm in Ohio near Cleveland. What color is it? Have pictures? Condition?

Spoiler is Velocity Red, but the clearcoat on the top has seen better days. I can get better pics, but here it is mounted on my RX-8.

$650 for it seems pretty fair

 

is it still mounted on your car, if not I'd like to see a picture of the serial number under the bracket. I actually got a line on a brand new one, never mounted spoiler so I need a little bit of time to see if that pans out.

 

It's mounted on the car, but I could pull it off to send you pics of the serial number if you are serious about buying it.

It's a genuine one, I can assure you that. I bought it myself and put it on the car myself and all that.

Pulled it off. Figured this was the case since I didn't recall seeing a serial number when I first got it. Never heard of a serial number either on these wings, and it looks like every other genuine one I've seen. 3M tape is from me

Either way, I'm positive it's real, and I guess you can let the community decide/have a say.

it's underneath the top part of the wing. Left side should have a serial number. Right side should say ABS.

Just for clarity, it's flawless right? Peeling clear is easily fixed, but no cracks or nicks or missing hardware or anything structural damage?

 

I'm not going to use the term flawless because that implies something like a brand new part. Not hardware missing or cracks, but it IS used and does have normal wear. The clear coat is the only outlying thing I would say is an issue.

yeah I just mean not that there's a corner chipped off or anything like that. It's going to get paint corrected and recleared and so on, so as long as the actual pieces themselves are whole, it's good.

yeah I got this one from a different person. Complete 180 from this guy. Excellent buying experience. Wing needs a little work, but that's to be expected. If I'm not mistaken they were only available a year or two? So they're what, 15 years old?

To TeamRX8: Not sure what you're talking about, my wing is an MS one.

 

Lol whatever. I actually ended up with two wings. One is now for sale.

 

I never knew it looked like that underneath, but now recognize that the aero one is smooth underneath. So yeah, my bad and deleted for that reason.
