OEM Spare Wheel (Part 20 in diagram) with valve stem (part 21), Both for $120 plus shipping
Spacer (part 8) with rivets (part 9) $25 plus shipping
Shims, six in total (part 10) $free/offers plus shipping
Band with hooks to suspend wheel during install/removal (part 11) $30 plus shipping
Caution label (part 13) $free

The tire is not included in the kit, this can be found at Tire Rack for about $70, or Canadian Tire for a little more
