Quick question, either I failed at searching or I am way off base on what I looked for.

I’ve installed a set of clear JDM turn signal housings and attempted to reinstall my 7440 amber bulbs. They don’t fit in the housing.

Some searching seemed to find people have made 7440 work while shaving them down. That seems wrong, so quick question to someone else with these; what bulb size are you running?

.... How do they not fit? You're going to need to provide pictures because what you are explaining isn't making sense. Turn signal housings? You mean the corner markers on the bumper? Those use 194/T10 bulbs which are way smaller. That said it still doesn't make sense. Need pictures.

Yes the corner markers, I thought I had taken 7440s out of my others that were trashed, but I must be wrong.
