That’s the colour I was hoping to find when I was searching for an RX8. Sadly, there were known to be had at the time.
Looks to be well taken care of.
Hope it finds a good home.

Good luck with the sale. An Aurora R3 is my ideal RX-8, but I'm not in a position to change RX-8's again at the moment. Should have no trouble finding a buyer, though you may run into push-back from shoppers due to no provided compression numbers.

I have never done a compression test. I will happily pay for one once I have a buyer and a deposit on the car (returnable subject to conditions not being met).

If you are interested in buying the car - email me.

If you have tips, comments or suggestion regarding the sale - email me.

THIS IS A FOR SALE THREAD - NOT A GENERAL DISCUSSION POST. THANK YOU.

Compression test done. See pictures attached. The Mazda mechanic said that the numbers are "excellent".

Car is getting new rotors and plugs in mid - August.

Are those compression numbers corrected for 250 RPM. I see the button for it on the device but the display is still reading over 336-340. In any case, those numbers seem pretty good for sure! Impressive for an engine with that many km's!

As noted earlier in this thread. I am selling a car not trying to generate a general discussion. Kindly email me or send me a private message if you have a general comment, want to give me some advice or correct something. I don't want this thread to get bogged down.

I don't know much about compression numbers and therefore posted the pictures, the buyer can make whatever adjustments or calculations he or she deems necessary. The test was done by New Roads Mazda in Newmarket, Ontario.

@OP I normalized the figures based on your compression tests with Foxed.ca - Rotary Compression Calculator
and compared against compression test scores: https://www.rx8club.com/new-member-f...zation-257302/

See below pictures for results
Rotor 1: 6.6, 6.7, 6.9
Rotor 2: 7.5, 7.6, 7.7

GLWS!
