Finally got these installed last night - they netted .6 on each side for me. My car is pretty tweaked, so that got me the -4. on the side I was already maxed out on. I suspect it will be the same with the Motorsports version, as there just isn't as much material here to move around. On the NC version it seems as if the diameter of the balljoint taper is a good deal smaller, so moving it around nets more camber. This isn't the case with the S1.
Congrats! Think maybe they could have squeezed the offset a bit further out, but for production cost purposes it’s understandable. $75 is a good deal. Glad they’re more easily available for the S1 now.

I should have gotten a pic of the other side, but I can see why he opted not to go any further. I'm pretty sure other people might get more camber with these, at least those who's cars haven't been in a major front ender like mine lol
As long as the stud isn’t extending *beyond* the edge of the bushing insert OD it’d work, but that takes very precise positioning and time going slowly to prevent the thinness of the metal from ripping; so more time and potential parts trashing as compared to just punching them out on a cnc.
MM gave me an update that they are roughly a week out until they have them in California, then my set will be out to me. I don't know if that's just an advance set for me since I ordered already or if they'll have a stock to ship to others.

Who makes those? They look a lot like the offset bushings Mazda recently announced for the NC.
I'd recommend replacing the hubs, too. Those look like they've seen some use. When the speed sensor fails, things get dangerous in a hurry.
Just wanted to note that the NC offset bushes have been around for a little while, they just recently did that article to highlight them, but they were get-able before. The S1 RX8 needs a 27mm bush vs. 30mm for the S2 RX8 and NC Miata.

Oh, and the hubs...these are basically welded to the knuckle. The perks of owning a east coast car. I had a new set of hubs and was fully intent on changing them, but there wasn't a lot we could do to coax it off. Press, hammer, etc etc. I'm just ordering another knuckle and a pair of dust shields.
When I started working on this car to move from CS to STX, I had to cut or grind off most of the bolts. I'm lucky the chassis doesn't have major rust issues.

I was told that the set for the series 1 may be on backorder as they only did a small production run not knowing how much demand there would be. But anyone wanting a set should put an order in and they can have more made within a couple weeks (I would still suggest calling if you have a deadline for these).
Be sure to check your alignment often, while I have no experience with them on this platform, I've seen offset bushing shells rotate in other vehicles, leading to unpredictable handling variances.
There’s always that chance, but they were a tight fit and the washer tightens against the upright surface coupled with the torque setting decreases that possibility. That said, the original NC bushing set came with a small tube of retaining/bonding compound to help resist this. I noticed that these new bushing sets didn’t have that included. So it might be worthwhile to do this on your own.
