Hey guys,

So I've been looking into body kits and love the rocket bunny. Just coming here for a few answers possibly.
Has anyone used/purchased this kit and have any comments on fitting and looks? I know some body kits come and are not proper so want to make sure this one will take minor modifications to fit.

Also, I can only find one for se3p (2009-2012) but I have a 2005. Does anyone know if they make for that gen as well? I've seen a few 2004 rocket bunny's but can't seem to find online.

Also, if anyone else recommends any other similar body kits I'd love to look into them as well!

They only make the kit for the S2 rx8 but people put it on S1's with some sanding and making it flush with the car

Yes a lot of people are putting it on the S1 with little issue. The biggest gripe is the front bumper and fender mating line, as it is different from the S1 to S2.

Also, it appears a lot of people are just cutting the wide fender but you are suppose to cut part of the car behind the front wheels for proper fitment. It actually relieves wheel well pressure but I assume most people aren't concerned with the function but form of the kit.

 

Im also curious about the same kit. I would like more details on how to modify the fender to fit the s2 bumper. Pictures would also help but I havemt found any. Just curious on the specifics of modding the fender thanks.
