CA Gunmetal Mazdaspeed RX8 wheels w/ tires Zipcode:90740

I sold my RX8 recently and I just want to get rid of these wheels to anyone who wants to take care of them. No point in having wheels if its not on a car lol. I loved my RX8 because of these wheels so hope it helps someone else love their car even more.

Selling these very limited MazdaSpeed RX-8 wheels by Volk Racing in gunmetal gray. Asking for $3500 but feel free to offer.

Wheels are 18x8, 5x114, Offset +40.
Center caps are included with purchase.

Tire life is really good.
Tires are BF-Goodrich g-Force Sport 225/45ZR18

I'm located at Seal Beach, CA. PM me if interested and help me get this off my hands.

They actually already sold.. I swooped these up a few weeks ago. Put them on my street R3 in the back.

You must really like your rx8's to have two R3's. Lol

I know series 2’s are a hell of a lot more reliable than series 1’s. So I snagged a car I wanted for cheap with low milage. Plus I wanted more seat time in the 8 to be better at the track. I only get 3-4 track weekends a year.. the second 8 is so I can have familiarity with the car overall. And honestly I just love cars.. I didn’t like the rx8 day one in 2004... but in 2013 when I got the blue one I really grew to respect them. They are great cars even with their quirks.

I've always thought about trading in my S1 for the S2, the R3's are nice but i can't bring myself to do it. I fell in love with the rx8 and bought it brand new in 2004 and never regretted it. Between 2006-2010, i tracked the hell out of my car too and spent a lot of time with Mazdaspeed Motorsports. The S2's are awesome and have some great features but i just can't pull the trigger on getting an S2. Haha. The RX-8 gets a lot of flack so I'm glad to see people's opinion change once having one.

WOAH. Nice man. I cant believe you have two 8's. How much did you pick up the wheels for? How was the condition? I have a opportunity to pick these up but out of state, I'm trying to figure out what a fair price is as most people are trying to sell it for premium since the gunmetal color is rare. The gold ver you can still buy new from dealer for $500 each.

Lastly, can you post more photos? There are many photos of the 8 with those wheels online, I like to get a better idea if they really look nice given it might just be better to buy some TE37.

Thanks,

I checked and they are listed as back order. So unless the dealer has them on hand and not in their system.. there are none in the US.

That’s a Bummer for me but this doesn’t take away from you finding a fantastic set of wheels. Love the blue on your track car too. Red is first for me but the blue is a close second. Good luck with the cars!
