Selling my RX-8 SFR Turbo kit. I'm including a ton of parts including even some oem. Parts include piping, wiring, turbo, intercooler, gauges, battery relocation, injectors, lower intake manifold, header, trunk carpet, and more.

EDIT: Does not contain Accessport. RC Injectors present.

According to website it can make 326 whp @7800 rpm and 9 psi boost.

As you can see from pictures, it needs some work with piping and wires. I'm asking $5,000 $3,500 or best offer. Brand new for kit plus oem parts and modification would be around $8,500-$10,000. I will not split parts.

what happened to the ic piping? looks like a busted window too. accident? was this car at speed one years ago when mazda maniac flew out for dyno tuning? it looks familiar

 

I bought this rx8 from auction as is. Car was in a wreck but the front survived except some of the piping and fan. I'm not sure on its history as I got it from auction. Car was in Ohio at the time. Would be cool to find history if you know where.

 

it looks a lot like the car and turbo kit a young guy and his dad trailered to speed one years ago to have jeff see if he could tune it. ill see if i can dig up some old pics

 

I see you posted a picture of the total on the SFR website, but is your kit actually going to come with all of those features? Like the AP and the 67mm billet ball bearing turbo?

 

Post is edited. What you see in the pictures is what you get essentially. I literally took everything out and including everything I can with the kit. Unfortunatley, it does not contain the Accessport. Other than that, it's all there including RC injectors and the 67 mm billet ball bearing turbo ( Its no kit without the turbo ).

Is the battery box attached to the trunk or is there some kind of bracket?

 

If you look at the one picture in the 1st post, You can see the battery in the trunk. A lower bracket is bolted through the chassis from the underside. Then the battery is placed and a top plate is secured on top.

 

Looks like dookie. Although I don't recall hearing bad things about this kit, as opposed to the old Greddy
