Rear driverside creaking noise please help

Here once again sadly with another problem lol.
i noticed a low grumble/vibration coming from the rear end driver side. I stopped immediately and inspected the wheel well for any clues everything looks as it should, tires still have good pressure 1 psi under factory spec on the rear driver side. So I continued home. Next day which is today the low grumble turned into a loud rotational sqeak at low speeds and not on wot, however i did see some flex in the side wall of the tire on that side so i set both tires to 32 psi and still the same noise it really sounds like a deflated tire but isn't. Could this be a wheel bearing even though its not a contant squeak? Or is in some sort of bushing in the suspension? Even though the sqeak isnt caused by bumps in the road or when i put all my weight on the rear a few times.. just wanna know if anyone has had this problem and what turned out to be the cause

Your use of the words, "creak" and "squeak" lend to a bad or dry bushing. Contrasting that, your use of the words, "grumble" and "rotational" lend toward a bearing, CV joint, tire, or differential failure. Can you record a video of the sound and post it here? So far, it is impossible to diagnose from your description.
