Do you guys have an adapter kit to fit standard springs to the rear instead of the barrel springs? I might like to try a little more spring in the rear, as I feel the Road & Track DFV is a bit under-sprung back there.

We're Swift dealers so, any rates your heart desires! $360 for a set of 4 with purchase of an Ohlins kit ($190 for a pair)
Depending on your spring rates you may or may not need to valve them. If you do it's $575 for re-valving at time of purchase. You may be able to get away with stock valving though, we'll have to go over your desired spring rates and run some numbers for you.
The adapter spacers we don't have pricing on yet, but soon...
Stock DFV rates are Front 8 Kg (458 lb/in.), Rear 4 Kg (229 lb/in.).
I'm interested in the rear spring adapters if it works with the standard steel shock hats.
Yeah. I can look up the rates in the instructions. I wanted to hear it from SB to find out exactly what they are selling.
I too am interested in the rear adapters, if they work with the steel hats. IMHO, Ohlins choice of spring rates is borderline insane. 8K / 5K makes a lot more sense, and I would like to go up 1K in the rear on my set.
Sorry for the late update guys, we've had these for a few months now as well as our Screw-In-Spherical which replaces the rubber top mount in the rear RX8 top hat (reducing severe hysteresis caused by the rubber bushings).

and the spring adapter link which converts from beehive to cylindrical springs (70mm). This allows us to supply custom spring rates (optional helper/assist springs) and valving for RX8 kits, similar to our FPSpec S2000 and FD kits.

Yes but.... you will have to modify the stock steel hat by grinding it flat at the correct angle. If you look at it (I'll post a picture when I get a chance) the steel hats look like they were cut by a small child with a plasma cutter They are in no way flat and can crack the adapter if not flattened out. Also you want to make sure you get the right angle on it as the tube and top hat are not perpendicular to each other
We usually use an belt sander to do this, it just takes a little patience. We apply a bead of RTV to the spacer and the hat and let it set up before assembling so there's some material inbetween any high and low points
70mm x 8" springs are the correct size, yes? Just want to verify.

We run a 7" 70mm with these adapters. Yes these also fit with the aluminum / NC top hats with no modification necessary, they just plop on. I believe the S2 has aluminum 1 piece top hats but they are taller than the NC which is preferable to make use of the extra stroke
Nope. Steve Dallas has an S2, and it has steel hats.
You have the Goodwin adapter kit now, right? If so, what do you not like about it?
I may well take those NC top hats off your hands, once you get these up and running. I think I'm going to let you be my Guinea pig on the Sake Bomb setup and wait a little while, though.
S2s do in fact have steel hats. I have 2 sets of them.
If I remember correctly the Miata hats are about 2" or 3" shorter than the RX8 hats, which means the RX8 rear shock will lose that much bump travel. Unless you also run the shorter length shocks with them I don't see how a lowered RX8 would stay off the rear bumpstops with a 5 or 6 kg spring. That's why I modified a set to RX8 length with monoball cups.

The adapters are plastic (Delrin, I think) and came with explicit instructions to use the NC aluminum hats and not the steel hats. As Team says, I don't like the loss of bump travel. I also don't like the loss of the extra chassis mounts at the top of the steel hats.
