I lost citoen!! So i think my car doesnt have 231 h.p

I have RX8 2004 HP for the USA market, comression was 1 section- 7.5: 7.1 7.5
2 section - 7.8 7.7 7.8
My RX8 have new NGK spark plugs, ingnition coil and high voltage wires, i have changed my fuel filter.

What i should to check next? VDI, SSV? May clutch affect the power?
I would be grateful if you write a list of thibgs i should check.
