I recently purchased refurbished headlamp units for my 2007 mazda rx8. I didn't think to make sure I was purchasing the standard halogen headlamp piece so I ended up with HID headlamps. The headlamps fit, but the wiring harness's plug does not fit with the plugs coming from my car. I was wondering if there is an adapter piece or a ballast specific to rx8 HID headlamps.

Just did the same- I even bought the correct socket from Mazda for the HIDs. How did you wire yours up?
