Hey everyone, I just got my second RX8, I had a black one that was sweet, but I sold it thinking I didn't need it. Well 6 months later I found a good Craigslist deal on this one I have been loving it again except for one issue. The transmission is crap. When I start the car cold in the morning in neutral, then go to put it in first it feels like it is hitting a wall and WILL NOT go into gear. So now I start the car in gear, and then shift to second which it will be a hard shift or not go in at all, this is the same with all the upper gears. After 15 min or of driving the transmission is completely normal with no issues. So any ideas what this might be. It only happens when it is cold. I have already replaced the tranny fluid. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!
