Flatten/drill rear sway bar?

Flatten/drill rear sway bar?
I've seen a number of comments posted about flattening and drilling the front sway bar to get a little bit more stiffness. Has anybody done this with the rear?
(Search results are heavily diluted with talk of the front sway bar so I can't tell if nobody's talked about it or if I just suck at searching.)
