Has anyone gotten rid of their TMPS?

Just wondering if anyone has done this. I wouldn't mind having a dash light on. Did some googling and found that Jeep owners do this pretty frequently and have a kit to trick the system.
I've had 3 TMPS sensors break on me in the past year so I'm looking for a new route

My light only goes off when I have my stock wheels on. When I have any other wheels on, I just ignore the light and check my pressures regularly. No harm no foul at this point.

Mine didn't even come with it (Canadian R3). No harm in running without it.

As one who checks tire pressure monthly, I didn't see the point in having TMPS. Then one morning I start the car and the TMPS light is flashing. Turns out I had a slow leak in the right rear tire. Wouldn't have discovered it without TMPS, so now I like having it.

Go to a good tire place and have them check yours over. TMPS is a reliable technology; no reason why you shouldn't have four that work flawlessly.
