I have a Racing Beat cold air intake for sale. Approximately has 7.5k miles on it. No air duct. I never bought it lol just the intake itself. No tools, hardware, instructions, etc. What you see is what you get. It's CARB legal and has the exempt sticker on it so you will pass smog. Still in good condition. The mesh screen is still intact. Only drawback is that there are little scuff marks on the box. I took a picture at the bottom.
