Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the rx8 alternator ? I know the PCM controls the regulator, (which I'm not using the stock PCM, building my own controller), so I'll have to look at a Bosch RE55 or something similar to regulate the output.

 

Bump? Anyone have info on the PCM controlling the alternator via PWM they could share with me?

 

This could be helpful to me as well too. Having some problems with charging and can't seem to find whats wrong. Bump!

 

For the OP, you would bd better off just changing to the FD3 alternator and voltage regulator rather than trying to build a controller.
