Faceplate Disassembly

Does anyone here know how to pull the power button/**** and the two other button/***** off the faceplate. They prevent you from removing the circuitry underneath and it's really frustrating me. Thanks.

They pull right out but I had to usewedge a flat head screw driver to leverage the ***** off. Just be careful about it.
