Hello, just a heads up for you in case you plan on the shipping method of delivery. I work at a company called LKQ Keystone and we sell salvage/aftermarket parts. With curtain car items such as airbags and seat belt retractors we are required to ship them in antistatic bags. The reason being is that they have an explosive charge within them that can be set of rather easily. I am not doubting your intelligence by any means, it is just something that had never crossed my mind previous to working with this company. I just wanted to offer a rather helpful tip when shipping these items so that it makes it to the destination safely and in tact. Thank you for reading this, and I hopefully haven't upset you with my thoughts.

 

I need a manual tranny car steering wheel. If this is what you have i will be happy to buy it. The pic only shows the bag.

 

They cannot be set off easily (else they would be going off all the time), but they do have to be shipped as HAZMATS since they are Class 1 explosives.

The good news is they can still be shipped, the slighty bad news is it's an extra $20 HAZMAT fee.
The worse news is if you ship it without proper packaging and marking and somebody gets hurt, it's a felony.
