Just had a battery die on me and while having it checked I had an alternator test performed. The results were - 13.69V @ 8.3A unloaded ; 13.78V @ 9.7A loaded. They stated this was low and I should replace the alternator.

I am trying to do my homework, so, does anyone know if these specs are good?

replace it, cheap anyway.

 

Any ideas on locating a good price? Have checked local Advanced Auto and RockAuto...
