Front and rear tail lights

Front and rear tail lights
Can anyone with experience in this tell me the best way to open up the front and rear light clusters without damaging them. I want to paint the chromed parts black and reseal to avoid water or condensation!

Just need to know the best way to remove the front and also rear lights then remove the lenses without breaking then reseal to avoid further condensation or water entering!
