Aside from the obvious descriptive error claiming that it 'decats' while including a cat... it's going to be junk. There has only been 1 aftermarket catalytic converter element that I've heard of that is cheap AND can hold up to a rotary's exhaust heat, and that's not it. You would be better off buying a catless midpipe. And for that price, you can be sure that it is going to rasp, drone, and be annoying to drive around with, especially once the cat inside blows out.
