Slight hesitation at around 6500 RPM that doesn't happen often?

Hey guys. Been a while since I last posted. I'll cut to the chase.

I'm getting a slight hesitation at around 6500 RPM. I didn't worry about this too much as it only happened 3 times since I got the car 4 months ago. But then again, I don't drive it hard often so I won't notice it a lot.

I changed my plugs, coils and wires last week. My cat was gone because of the bad plugs so I gutted it. I also changed my engine mounts as they were gone. Since I can rule out the ignition and cat, I'm starting to think it's my fuel pump, but then it should happen every time I rev it.

I must also mention that my fuel mileage is crap. I'm currently getting 9 miles per gallon!

Help?

I found a video on YouTube and this is exactly what's happening. It happens to me at around 5000 RPM.

It happens to this guy every single time he revs it. Mine does it once every 20 times I guess?

How's that possible? :/
