MS sideskirt paint problems

I had my sideskirts repainted 2 years ago by a small local shop, and before I go back to them and show them the problem, I wanted to get some opinions about what might have caused it.

So, I noticed that primarily on the passenger skirt, the paint on the top is starting to lift off the surface. Does this mean the surface wasn't prepped properly? Surely it shouldn't be doing this after only 2 years. Never used anything except soap and water on it. It looks much worse in person, and it's tough to capture in the pics -- but hopefully you get the idea.

This is one of the worst spots. It's the entire area between the arrows where the paint is a different shade. And you can see tiny nicks in the paint where it's chipped off after coming off the surface.

And the paint on the driver's side skirt has started bubbling up as well, and I'm sure it's just going to get worse:

Any suggestions from the paint experts out there would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I know it's a crappy paint job! I wanted to know what they didn't do properly, so I can go in there with some knowledge about it. I have a feeling they're going to try and tell me there's nothing they can do about it.

Okay, that's what I thought. Think I have a case for getting it completely re-done after 2 years? I have to check to see if they had any warranty, but it's pretty ridiculous that it looks like that after only a couple years.

you have merit for a warranty, depending on the shop and the 2 year time is the variable, but very poor workmanship in the prep.
there is no physical adhesion and/or impurities like grease usually its prep like not sanding enough. i would imagine the entire skirt isn't prepped properly as these areas close to the edges always pop first due to the path of least resistance.
