Ottawa RX Meet n Greet , June 21st Saturday ,2014
Saturday June 21st , 2014 at Capital City Speed way in Ottawa. Ontario
Adress: 2001 Speedway Rd, Ashton, ON K0A 1L0
Event 9:00am to 3:00 pm
Show n Shine / Meet n Greet from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Autocross from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm ( $ 25 for the whole day )
Cruise afterwards to dinner.

Hoping to secure a nice location for the show n shine and possibility of a track for autocross session and possibly gymkana. ( price will be very reasonable for the day around $ 25 )
All Rotaries and RXs ( yes even with the boingers ) are welcome.

Update:
Tentative schedule below:
9am to 2pm Show n Shine with autocross open .
Then at 3:00 a few hour cruise (150 to 200 km route in the works ) and photography session for those interested ( on city street abiding speed limits ) .
Then evening meet at a food establishments patio and have diner to wrap up the day .
There will be a $ 25 fee for entering the autocross track, this will give you unlimited goes for the day.
I would recommend anyone who wants to test there car out, this would be a great chance.
Is there any interest in the 8 club, there will be a few rx8's coming from Montreal and Toronto.

I will try to be there. Would be coming from the Burlington area. Sounds like a lot a fun.
What's gymkana?
Maybe the Toronto area ppl could get a convoy together make the drive bit more interesting.

I backed into a column in the garage at my apt and left a nasty paint transfer. First accident in over 30 years
I am going to try and get it fixed before june 1. Someone said magic erraser and light detergent water works. I figure I could buff out the rest

brand spanking newbie here.Now a proud owner of a 09 GT in OT as of two days ago 
Will try coming out to OT meetup..but for now, I look forwards to seeing you guys on the roads (rarely happens but always a head turner for me ever since I saw my first rx)...hmm..so far today saw a black 8 in walmart on baseline/merivale.It was a good day indeed.

Where abouts are you located in ottawa?! Congrats on the purchase of the 8! Did the black 8 you seen at Walmart have black staggered rims ? If so was my 8. We should go for a cruise or meet up sometime. Like you said rx8 are rare wouldn't mind getting some local owners enthusiasts together.

But yeah, it would be cool to have couple of 8s cruising around town just for fun..I'll be down for that anytime..
I'm by Riverside/st laurent area.If anyone sees a Red 8, that's me and it only comes out of hibernation Fri evenings to Sun nights as only chance I get to enjoy the weekends with it..Pretty new to the rotary scene and car scene as still learning about it all but hopefully in two years I want to get a 2011 R3 black or red (manual)..but current one will be my learning and modding baby and the intricacies of it functions..first step DIY oil change lol...Baby steps..A true noob but full in love with that humming sound and those suicide doors at first sight.
