Preload rear end?

I have Tein S Techs and I preloaded the front when I first installed and the drop was great. The rear though is still the same as stock height, maybe even higher. I have tried to preload, so I think, and It still hasn't done a thing. These are still on stock struts. I am just wondering do you have to loosen the main lower control arms that are related to your alignment? If so how can I get them to keep the alignment? Just confused Thanks.

Keep alignment? You need an alignment afterwards anyway
