Hey guys, I noticed the other day when I was cleaning my 8 (just got it) that with the car running, if i put pressure on the passenger seat, the light on the passenger side of the dash illuminates. If memory serves, doesnt this mean the airbag on the passenger side is now turned off? Shouldnt it be doing the exact opposite of that seeing as how im putting weight on it? I'm really confused here.

 

no. ... its weight sensative, with light weight it deactivates, heavy weight it stays on ... doing what its supposed to do.
