That is a Toyosport cat-back, they are popular over here in the UK and very cheap. It's a straight through design with no restrictive baffles so they flow well and sound pretty good. The welds are fine and the stainless lasts well (the tips polish up great), but they seem to have trouble keeping the jig aligned during manufacture - on some examples the flange is not fitted straight, causing one tip to protrude further than the other.

If bought from Amazon I imagine it would be no trouble to have it exchanged if you ended up with a bad one. The second hand one I bought was slightly out, but easily corrected by machining a wedge shaped shim to fit between the flanges.

You will need to trim the plastic shrouds to avoid fouling.

They make pretty good flames if you run a decat

I purchased a very similar catback setup from eBay a few months ago and have been very happy with it. The tips aren't quite level so the fitment isn't perfect, but aside from that I've been pleasantly surprised. I like the sound, and the pieces/welds seem to be pretty good quality.

I expect that the muffler packing may burn out quickly, but this isn't my primary car and I was just looking for something cheap. It suits my needs perfectly.

I think this is what I went with (same seller):
