Improved gas mileage

Has any one thought of trying that tornado fuel saver. I've never heard any no biased testaments and I was wondering if any one here has tried it just a suggestion.

just think about it like this.. if this thing really worked, every car company out there would be putting them in their cars because the EPA would mandate they do so.

Save fuel? The only thing this thing will save you is from figuring out what you would spend that $70 bucks you paid for it on.
