New CAI

I've been looking around the forums and reading the newbies guide to modding the Rx8 and i'm looking into a new Cold air intake.

There were only a few that listed benefits in the newbies guide and so i decided to go with the Mazdaspeed or the AEM, which i read are exactly the same.

I also read somewhere that the Mazdaspeed one doesn't cause any warranty hassle since it's a Mazdaspeed part.

When i looked up online where and which one to buy the Mazdaspeed one it isn't even rebranded, it's just AEM.

Is there any difference in these?

Mazda speed: AEM Cold Air Induction System: Mazda RX8 2004-09 | Air Intake | Mazda RX-8 | Mazdaspeed Parts - Mazda Speed Store

AEM rx8: 21-485B - AEM , AEM Cold Air Intake System direct from AEM

obviously not going to buy that AEM one direct lol. But you get the point.

Any help is appreciated

AEM and Mazdaspeed are identical, just have different stickers on them.

Okay thanks, that's what i was reading. It still shows an AEM sticker on the one listed at Mazdaspeed lol. It also looks like a different shape, which kind of confused me as well.

Thanks for the quick response.

The one in the first link is probably a generic intake pic from a different car.
