Is there any reason I cannot post?

Aside from the new member forum I can't post elsewhere, I need trouble shooting help and tried to post there but could not. Says I do not have permission.

Moderators don't have the ability to help with your problem. I will PM one of the Administrators, on your behalf, to help straighten this out. You were copied in the PM.

Jay, please see the announcement at the top of the new member's forum.

New members are restricted from creating threads outside the new member forum until they have been a member for 30 days and more AND have more than 10 posts counted (you have 3 as of your last post).

Creating threads:
- You can reply to posts anywhere in on the forum, but you can only create threads in the New Member subforum until you have 10 counted posts AND 30 days as a member. Then the restriction is lifted. This helps cut down on spam and scam, as well as flaming you might get for asking a "newbie" question in some of the more critical and harsh subforum. Please don't spam the forum trying to get your post count though, just participate normally! 10 posts is easy enough, especially if you wander through the Multimedia subforum and comment on people's pictures or video.

Okay, thank you guys. I was not aware of that I figure there may be a 30 day thing, and I am pretty sure I'm outside of 30 days. Was unaware of the ten post rule though thank you. Btw, this website is nothing short of amazing. I've never done anything on a car besides change a battery, and break pads. Already changed plugs and wires, coils tomorrow want to take my cats off, get a mid-pipe. Love the site DIY's people post are amazing. Definitely going to be a loyal member for a very long time, and as long as I own an 8 which I have no plan to ever get rid of mine. Just enhance

Welcome to the forums

You might want to change the size of your signature. It's pretty large.

Great looking 8 by the way though.
Enjoy your stay!

this should have been your problem thread instead of a "why cant i...". New Members can start a problem thread here and then if it doesnt get enough attention/good answers a mod can move it to an appropriate other section.

hello and welcome hopefully you dont have to replace EVERYTHING

Think My sig is okay now? And lol I definitely dont want to replace everything I just want to learn to replace anything that will go out over time. Eventually, change a lot of parts and keep it running beautiful.
