Post Body Kit

Hey everyone

I've had my RX-8 for about 3 years now, it was my first car. I've wanted this car ever since I was in middle school so when I finally got it I was thrilled :D haha.

I had a little accident a few years back and my front bumper got messed up, not much but I think it's time to change it and since I'm changing it might as well get a body kit.

I've searched for body kits and found some extreme dimensions ones, but read on here to stay away from those. Has anybody had any luck with them? What body kits or brands would you recommend? I have about 2.5k to spend and I have an 04. Any help is appreciated, thanks

You'll have the least amount of problem with the ones from Japan. However, they are quite expensive. The replica ones varey with qualiy from OK to poor.

Look at these two websites to see what is available in original body kits.

You can compare these against the replicas that are copies. I'm not going to endorse any one company site for body kits.

I have a kit and my stock ... I have mixed feelings about kits after having one ... I like the look but, I've had to repair mine due to being low...I looked at that thread .. I like that rear, the defuser section is nice..

Thinking about getting the Mint Blue front bumper, what would be good side skirts and rear bumper to go with it? Where to find Mazda Aero sides?

Try eBay, sometimes they are cheaper than others, plus free shipping if your lucky, good luck.
