So I just bought a S2 and I noticed that there is not a lot of lip options for the S2 (non-r3). The best lip for the S2 was the Knightsport one, but it looks like they discontinued it, and I dont want to spend $900+ on a lip. I was wondering if I can fit a S1 lip on a S2? Can I do any modifications to the S1 lip to make it fit better?

And I was mostly thinking about these lips. or if you have any other options like using splitters.

 

Direct answer is no, you can't fit an S1 on an S2 without modifications.

That is awesome RX8Soldier, I wish I had those skills to find and put in links like that. Very cool!not to mention useful! I liked the carbon lip but here in NZ the distance and freight costs make stuff like that a little more challenging. It's all good though.

 

I know that car, it used to be Mike's car from Las Vegas. He sold that car and bought a black S2. I wonder who bought that car...?

 

S2 doesn't need any lip if you put it down with coilover or spring
