well I did it I just purchased a 2004 rx8. Would love to post pic but im not very good at this computer thing and couldn't figure it out. I have been wanting one since they first came out and finally achieved it. Thanks to this site I had a compression test done before I purchased it and everything was good didn't keep the numbers or I would have posted them. it has 85915 miles on it and the only thing that was found to be wrong with it was the rear shocks are leaking, so I will replace them this week. I think I got a good deal only paid 3500 for it. It did have the engine replaced at 58000, but other than that had a clean carfax and maintenance was kept up to date as previous owner kept all his records. Sorry if this is lengthy guess im just excited. anyway thanks for all the posts for new members as I have read and put many to use already
