I see LED halos and even a DIY for putting them in.

I'm aware that the tail lights are likely to break if you open them, which is why I didn't say "Is it safe to open the tail lights?"

So again if you could point me to the relevant thread about putting CCF in tail lights that I carelessly overlooked when I searched it would be much appreciated.

 

If you can't open the taillights without them breaking, how could anyone have had this done.

He put LED halo's in his tail lights, and separated them to do so. If you can separate the tails and put LED halo's you could put CCF halo's in the tail lights as well.

If you had searched you would know that.

So many riced up shitty cars are popping out lately.

 

There're dirt cheap.
That's why, I believe anyway.

 

They became very cheap in the States. You can get one for as little as $5-6k, and as the value declines the tastes of people who acquire them has changed as well.

 

They're becoming dirty cheap here as well.
The rx8 is doomed.
