Can't find info on codes my Accessport is showing

Can't find info on codes my Accessport is showing
Getting C0E00 and C1800 codes on my Accessport. Remain after reset.
Google-fu is apparently weak 'cause searching ain't getting me nowhere.
2005 MT running slightly modded Stage 1 (lowered fan temps). No changes to drivetrain within the last year. I *did* just change the radiator, but I'm not seeing how that would affect the ECU other than a reset from battery removal. I've double-checked everything electrical I might have touched, and the car actually runs fine.
Any ideas?
