As for Canadian trend for lisence plates...fully stock setup is like that and just haven't been bothered enough to move it yet.
No to spacers. That's just an easy fix, you need to buy rims with a proper offset to fill that gap!

 

i always go to ertefa and rarely see any 8's. and havent seen these ones yet. you goin this week?

 

polish your headlights.

 

I recommend a good polish and wax on your hood. For whatever reason, it looks flat, while the rest of your car looks good.
