Hey guys, I have a 04 rx8 and I'm under the gun trying to get it to pass inspection.
The car was totaled and a body shop replaced the bags, clock springs, and driver doors. I researched on the net and Massachusetts won't let the airbag light go for inspections.

Since I bought it I had the airbag module reset from a Ebay vendor. Replaced plugs and wires/coils, Replaced radiator and hoses.

I bought the car in Hawaii and had a shipped home when I got out of the mil. I just purchased a ethos+ and have a few codes. I'm not sure if this is related but the steering is hard but there is no codes, I cleaned the connectors as explained in the diy. I doubled checked the airbag module connectors and the door connectors.


I have the following codes present

U1900 ABS CAN communication bus fault
B2867 connector half insertion detected

I searched on the net and the club. Alldatadiy.com has some info but its going to be very lengthy. Just wondering if someone could shoot me some input before I go nuts tomorrow working on it.
