I'm installing my new TurboXS cat back, without a mid pipe. So I jacked the car up and put it on jack stands and began unscrewing the bolts on the clamp behind the muffler, but I noticed that it was so rusty, and that it even appeared to be completely "welded" tight. I let some WD-40 sit on it for a couple hours, but obviously that didn't work. I don't want to take it to a shop, so what are my options? Thanks.

The way the original exhaust system is designed, it doesn't use clamp. So, this is a rigged system. Just break the bolts on the clamps and buy new ones. They aren't very expensive and you'll want new ones anyway.
You shouldn't need to take that off. Just unmount the exhaust from the cat and you should be fine. May take a little work to get it down as a whole piece, but it would be easier than dealing with the clamp. That's what I did anyway.
