Water in Tail light

Hi guys

My '04 RX8 has got water sloshing around inside the left tail light. It's been slowly building up since I noticed some condensation in there a couple of months ago.

Is there any easy way to fix this? I was told at my local Mazda garage that I'll need a new unit but I'm always sceptical of their advice!

Cheers

Jeremy

Believe me, I have tried. From being a much more active member on many other forums I am well aware of how annoying it is when people fail to search for their question before posting!

But alas, I couldn't find anything. Can you point me in the right direction?

Thanks

Speaking of which I'm surprised it is not already a sticky. I'm assuming the OP at least looked at the stickies in the DIY forum.

Actually, it's not in Zoom's stickied DIY category / inventory post either.

Thanks guys, and thanks SayNoToPistons for the DIY guide. I put the light out to dry last night and have just fixed it back in with the foam in place. Let's hope we don't get any more leaks!

Cheers
