I also recommend you post any history that you have on it, or explicitly that you don't have any history. Compression scores will be something people will be interested in.

It also appears to be a 4-port engine from a 2004 or 2005 Automatic Transmission RX-8, and will be compatible with only them. There were no 2003 RX-8s in the US, and this engine is not compatible with any 6-port engine equipped RX-8 (2004-2005 manual transmission equipped RX-8s, and all 2006+ regardless of transmission)

 

Seems like a scam for a blown engine -_-

I do not know anything about the engine. I do not have any history. I searched the import documents and they indicate that it is 2003 Coupe Rx8 Mazda Engine Loaded Onto One Pallet
It came from Jamaica and was going to Brian Chambers in Jacksonville.

Meanwhile what would you say is a fair price for it? I don't know much about cars but the engine is available for inspection at my Davie, FL warehouse.

 

In unknown condition I'd estimate it's value at $300-400.
