I bought these originally from a forum member. I was going to use them in my winter tires but I never did. They actually served a better purpose being kept on hand for ruined wheels. One wheel got demolished by a road hazard and I had to replace the sensor. The second wheel went flat and I used the sticky stuff to get home and it needed to be replaced. So i recommend anybody who uses the car as a daily driver to keep a couple of these on hand to replace when your tire goes flat or gets destroyed. When I sold my car a year ago I had no trouble with the other 2 from this set, as they were in the car and worked fine
