I have a 2004 rx8, clutch went out, so had it replaced...barely have driven it due to snowfall in the area that i live, but when i start it for a little while, i put key in and get dash lights but no ceiling or radio/heat and a.c. Control lights ....when idling, it's >1000 and was not a problem before....also, alarm keychain buttons will not trigger alarm or lock and/or unlock and yes i replaced the battery In the keychain

It's hard to understand what you are trying to say. Is your idle low or is it above 1000? Normal idle is around 750-800.

Regarding the lights, A/C etc., check the fuse labelled "room" in your interior fuse box.

 

It's idling enough to keep the car running but barely. I will check the fuse thank you for your suggestion.
