I had a positive experience with Brownline.

I purchased 1 of their digital torque wrenches off of amazon.com which got shipped to me from a third party company. I believe it was SpeedUnlimited.

I received the package a week later and to say the least I was not impressed. The item was described as brand new and the package was ripped open. I said "meh", and proceeded to put some batteries in it to try it out. Hmm, well unless some rules of science have changed, a torque wrench sitting still should not be displaying 26 Ft/lb.

I emailed brownline and explained the situation to them. Without even asking for an order #, receipt #, or anything else (except my address), they shipped me out a brand new wrench with a protective case as well.

Received it 3 days later. Works perfect. 100% love the wrench. Was doing a tranny fluid swap this weekend and it worked great.
