SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
FRIDAY MAY 17TH
MEET & GREET
Where: Come to the Circus Circus Hospitality Suite 14 floor Casino Tower - park anywhere
When: 3pm to 12pm
Greeting, and registration will take place at the Hospitality Suite.
PARTY AT THE CIRCUS CIRCUS
Where: Circus Circus Hospitality Suite, Casino Tower, 14 floor
When: 8pm to whenever
Party will be BYOB with horderves, chips and dips supplied by WHiV6.
SATURDAY MAY 18th
ROTARY SHOW
Check-in begins at 7am
Show 8am to 1pm
This year the rotary show will be held in am area parking lot off the property (directions and maps will be available). A Paride down the strip to the new location will be available. There will be several categories depending upon the cars registered prior to the event. Repus, old school, 7’s, and 8’s will be judged separately. 7s may be broken up into first, second and third gen vehicles if preregistration shows a sufficient number. All rotary vehicles registered in the show will be eligible for trophies.
TROPHIES, RAFFLE, AND FOOD
Raffle tickets will be sold at the meet and greet on Friday and during the car show on Saturday. Drawing for raffle prizes, announcement of car show winners and presentation of trophies will be done at conclusion of car show.
For attendees convenience there will be food vendors available during the show as there will not be a lunch as in past years.
ANNUAL CRUISE
2PM
Be prepared for an approx. 3hr drive
Willow Beach
(there will be maps and SCR will pre-run the route)
At Hotel Party
In past years we have the Saturday night dinner get together at a local restraunt. This year we will have the party at the Hospitality Suite at Circus Circus. Have dinner and come to the party. Chips, dips and horderves supplied by WHiV6
When: 8pm to ????

SUNDAY MAY 19th
SCENIC CRUISE
We will have a short cruise to a scenic area to be announced
AFTER CRUISE BBQ
At an area to be announced. Food and soda provided by a sponsor
burgers, hot dogs, chips, cold drinks

WHiV6 INFORMATION
Tee Shirts: This year we are offering Womans style Tee shirts in addition to the standard man's style. Should you wish to order shirts go here WHiV6
The link setup with paypal has been repaired so tee shirts will be available on line or at the signup table. $25.00 per tee, men's or women's. If ordered on line be sure and give your mailing address or just tell us to hold them at the sign up table. Phil's gift of the usual collectors mugs will be included with the purchase of a tee shirt, one to a car.
Costs have almost doubled for everything. As much as we are trying to keep all costs in line, the rasing of the Tee prices is necessary to cover the added costs

Are there going to be special rates for the hotel as last year?
At this time the air fair for me is over $500. I'm hoping that as the date gets near, that price will go down. And, then I can commit to attending.
