Engine hesitation at 6k and misfires

Hey guys!

I'm having a wierd problem after buying and replacing parts to fix another issue. I recently had my clutch replaced because it was slipping badly so i decided to upgrade and went with an exedy clutch and lightweight flywheel. this was installed professionally. My car just rolled over 80k so I decided it was time to replace plugs, wires and coils as well (I did the install)

As most of you know on a stage 1 clutch theres a 500 mile break in period. I changed the plugs literally right before the clutch replacement. For 500 miles the car never saw above 4.5k.

When I drive 1/2 throttle or under the rpms wrap out fine to redline. If i go WOT the car hesitates in 1st gear around 5 or 6 k for a brief moment then continues to redline. The big problem is in second gear it hits 6k and the car bucks and will stay like that at 6k until i let off the throttle. Thats also when the CEL starts blinking indicating misfire.

I've done the 20 pedal break stomp and also held in the trip button to make it say test. Any ideas on what is causing this? What to check next? I've read countless threads that say check connections etc. I replaced coils and traced the wires to each plug. I was sure to make sure L and T went in the proper places. if the wires are all snapped in correctly, what would the issue be?

Please don't flame. How would I go about checking the SSV or fuel pump? Thanks again for the help.
